Website visits

This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics software and no advertising pixels whatsoever. Nothing measures your visit.

Who do I share your data with?

I do not sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Only these service providers are involved in running the site:

Netlify — hosts the site and delivers contact form submissions.
Google Fonts — the page fonts load from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.
WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to correspond via WhatsApp, that exchange is subject to Meta's own privacy terms.

Information arising during therapy is shared with no one unless there is a legal obligation or you have explicitly given permission.

How long do I keep it?

I keep contact form and correspondence records for a reasonable period after your request is resolved, then delete them. Therapy records are retained in line with professional and legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Find out what data of yours is processed and request a copy
Ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected
Request that your data be deleted
Ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it
Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise these rights, simply write to merhaba@letssaymore.com . I respond within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority.

Data relating to children

Since most of my clients are children, information about children is processed only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. I treat this information with particular care and use it for no purpose other than therapy.

Changes

When I change this policy I publish the current version on this page and update the date above.
